1982
Ventured into property development in Segamat, Johor.
1997
Forayed into the property market in southern Johor. Developed the mixed project development in Taman Melawati, Skudai, Johor.
1998
Launched projects in Taman Damai, Pekan Nenas, Taman Selesa, Senai, and Taman Nusa Perintis, Gelang Patah.
2000
Launched Taman Nusa Bestari, a 227-acre freehold township in Skudai, Johor, featuring shops, offices, and residential homes.
2002
KSL Holdings Bhd listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. Launched Taman Bestari Indah, a 700-acre mixed development township with over 10,000 units in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
2003
Launched Taman Kempas Indah, a new township development in Skudai, Johor, covering over 237-acre.
2006
Forayed into the property market in Muar, Johor, with the launch of Maharani Rivera, a comprehensive township development covering approximately 188-acre comprises over 1,400 units of properties.
2008
Forayed into the property market in Klang, Selangor. Launched Taman Bandar Bestari, a 448-acre self-integrated township with the project of Canary Garden, Raintree Residences and 18 Madge.
2010
KSL City Mall in Taman Abad, Johor Bahru, officially launched. D’Esplanade Residences, a high-rise freehold development, towering 26-stories high above KSL City was also introduced.
2011
Forayed into the property market in Kluang, Johor, with Taman Mengkibol, a 249-acre development township.
2014
Launched KSL Residences @ Daya, a 5.91-acre integrated development consisting of KSL Hot Spring Resort and 3 blocks of service apartments in Taman Daya, Johor.
2015
Launched Avery Park, a 35-storey service suites development with 302 boutique

residences and retail units in Taman Rinting, Masai, Johor.
2016
Launched mixed developments featuring 204 units in Taman Bukit Jaya, Johor, and a premium residential development with approximately 100 acres in Taman Mutiara Bestari, Johor.
2019
Launched KSL Residences 2 @ Kangkar Tebrau, a high-rise residential development in Kangkar Tebrau, featuring 5 Towers of Service Apartments with 2,068 units and 28 units of retail shop.
2022
Launched KSL Bukit Gemilang, a high rise development situated in Taman Bukit Gemilang, Skudai which consists of 2 Towers of apartments with 476 units residential units and 24 units retail lots.
2023
Launched KSL Pulai Bestari, a new 190-acre mixed development township comprising both residential and commercial buildings in Pulai, Johor. Forayed into the property market in Batu Pahat, Johor.
2024
Launched KSL Lakeview, a new Freehold Project with 34-storey building with 2 Towers of Service Apartment situated at Taman Ponderosa. Additionally, launched KSL Austin Legacy at Seri Austin, KSL Azalea Heights , KSL Alma at Gelang Patah and more.
